Educators fear the internet has blurred lines on plagiarism
For as long as there have been papers to write, there have probably been students guilty of plagiarism. But these days it seems the problem is more complicated than ever before. The internet not only presents a strong temptation to cut and paste, teachers at high schools and colleges and universities are increasingly concerned that students don’t understand the concepts of ownership and authorship.
